Delete your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time:

1. Open Trenchoor and tap Base, the person icon at the bottom right.
2. Tap the gear at the top to open Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account, then Continue, then Delete forever.

What gets deleted

Deleting is permanent and can't be undone. It removes from Trenchoor's servers:

• your profile, handle and sign-in (your email address and any password)
• your posts, reels, photos and videos, and your comments
• your likes, follows, blocks and calls
• your Lore Points and any unspent Boost credits
• the support messages you sent, and the feed-usage records tied to your account

The app then starts fresh on your phone. Feed records that carry only an anonymous install id expire on their own after 90 days. The Privacy Policy has the full details. You can also delete any single post or comment of yours at any time.

Report or hide content

Trenchoor has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Moderators review every report and act on objectionable content within 24 hours.

Report a post, comment, coin or trend

Long-press it, or tap its ⋯Card options button, and choose Report. Pick a reason and add details if you like. Reports are anonymous. Coins and news come from outside Trenchoor, so reporting one also hides it from your feed right away while we review it.

Report a person

Open their profile, tap ⋯More options and choose Report.

Sending a report needs a free account. Without one, use Base › Settings › Report abuse, which works signed out, or email us.

Block or hide someone

From a person's profile or one of their posts, tap ⋯More options and choose Block, and you stop seeing them. Manage blocks in Base › Settings › Blocked accounts. Browsing without an account? The same menu lets you hide them on this device instead, and Settings › Hidden on this device brings them back.

See less of something

Long-press a card and choose Not interested. To see why a card is in your feed, choose Why am I seeing this?

Disagree with a decision?

If you think we got a report or a removal wrong, email support@trenchoor.com with what happened. We look at every complaint and appeal, usually within 7 days, and restore content or accounts we removed by mistake.

Signing in

You don't need an account to browse. To post, comment, follow people, make calls or chat with Oracle, sign in with your email:

1. In Base, tap Sign in with email.
2. Enter your email and we'll send you a 6-digit code. The same code signs you in or creates your account. Prefer a password? Tap Use a password instead.
3. New here? Pick a handle and an avatar and accept the Terms of Use. You must be 18 or older.

The code email comes from our sign-in provider, auth@mail.myneon.app. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam and promotions folders, or wait 30 seconds and send a new code. Still stuck? Tap Need help? Contact support on the sign-in screen.

To sign out, go to Base › Settings › Sign out. Browsing keeps working.

No trading, no advice

Trenchoor is for following crypto culture, not for trading. It never holds, transfers or trades crypto or money, it has no token, and nothing in it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Trench Oracle describes data and risk; it never tells you to buy, sell or hold, and it can be wrong.

Lore Points and Boost credits are in-app features only: they have no cash value, aren't cryptocurrency, and can't be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed. Memecoins are extremely risky, and you can lose everything you put in.
